Worked as Consultant from last 27 years for No. of Sugar Factories, Distilleries , Pulp Paper Industries and Textile Processes for Design of Water Treatment and Effluent Treatment Plants, Preparation of Feasibility Reports and Project Proposals.
Conducted training courses in project management, PERT / CPM and advanced environmental engineering subjects.
Research :
a) Conversion of Rapid Sand Filter into Coal-Sand Dual Media Filter
b) Guided many Post Graduate Students ( M.E. and Ph.D.) in their Thesis work
Information Technology :
Instrumental in implementing Computer Labs and software applications in the Walchand College since 1988.
Engaged in many software development projects for different applications including Employee Management and Student Admission and Examination Systems and Information Software since 1992.
Provided personal guidance and mentoring for software development and usage for many organizations.
Established Dnyandeep Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in Nov.2000 and guided web design and software development projects.

Active participation in establishing Environmental Protection and Research Foundation, Marathi Vidnyan Prabodhini and Nisarg Pratishthan, Sangli.
