variety of functions. The teachers can utilize this system for
instructions to students, getting submission and forwarding assessment
results. The HODs can track the academic program and monitor the
teachers working. Administrator can get detail information of
individual student, teachers and grouped summary reports regarding
attendance, performance and other activities. Thus the system will
provide a very effective tool for overall control and monitoring of
the institute system. This can be extended to the parents to have
direct communication path. |

| The entire database of college library is available on the site for
searching books, magazines and CDs. This module is provided on www.walchandsangli.org and
www.worldlibrarians.com. Various features like book requisition, new arrivals, suggestion
box and Xerox facility on payment will be introduced soon. The librarian will have access
to site for addition / modification of data. |

| Student Information Form: |
| Students will be able to enter information about them from any place
through the website. This data will be very useful for college administration, Proctor system
and for sending notices / letters to students / parents. As this data will be updated by students
themselves, there will not be any errors. |

| College Alumni: |
| Past students of the college will be able to fill up data online about
their address, present occupation and expertise available with them for college development.
This module will help college to collect and compile information about past students. This
